What is Remote Monitoring?
Gojji’s clinical team (or your care team) uses Gojji’s connected devices to regularly monitor or check biometric data such as blood glucose (diabetes) and blood pressure (hypertension) readings. This information is valuable in helping to manage your conditions and make any changes to your treatment. Remote monitoring occurs between your doctor medical visits.
You will check your blood glucose or blood pressure daily or as prescribed by your doctor and your readings are sent from the device to Gojji. Your device automatically uploads the readings to Gojji via a cellular signal.

Limitation of Remote Monitoring
- Gojji DOES NOT provide monitoring services 24/7. Gojji coaches are available to monitor activities and alerts during the office hours (please go to www.gojji.com for updated office hours).
- Gojji’s program DOES NOT replace any emergency services or care. Do not rely on Gojji alerts or remote monitoring calls to determine if you require immediate medical attention. Consult your doctor or call 911 if you think you need immediate medical attention.
- If you believe your device is not giving the right results, contact us immediately. A failing or malfunctioning device may give you inaccurate result, which may lead to wrong treatment decision.

Patient data is reviewed Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m PST. However, you will receive Gojji’s Smart insight, feedback or messages after every testing. This smart information provides you information based on your readings and empowers you to make self-changes.
As mentioned above, you will receive Gojji Smart feedback, insight or messages after every testing. However, if after testing you feel that you need immediate medical attention, you should contact your doctor or call 911.
Gojji monitors your blood glucose, blood pressure, and weight depending on the device you have. Based on the readings, we may call you to collect more information and help you to get back on track.
