How Do I Check My Point Balance and Redeem Rewards?
To check your point balance or redeem a reward, text MENU to (844) 334-3619 and follow the instructions sent to you.
Terms
You must be actively using Gojji to remain on the Gojji Rewards Program. If you are in the Gojji Diabetes program, your Gojji Rewards Membership will automatically expire after 6 months without a refill order. If you are in the Gojji Diabetes program with CGM, your Gojji Rewards Membership will automatically expire after 6 months without uploading a CGM reading. If you are in the Gojji Hypertension program, you must take a blood pressure reading and upload it at least once every 6 months or your Gojji Rewards Membership will automatically expire. You must also be eligible with your Insurance (i.e. Medi-Cal). Losing any of these requirements will result in membership expiration. Please note that if your membership expires, all accumulated points will be forfeited.
