My goal for you isn't a complete overhaul. It's small changes that move the needle.
Get to Know Heather
Heather received her PharmD from the University of Southern California (Fight On!) in 2024. She then completed a PGY1 General Pharmacy Residency at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center in 2025, gaining hands-on experience in both inpatient hospital and outpatient clinic settings. In 2026, she joined Gojji as a clinical pharmacist โ bringing with her the belief that patients deserve to be treated like family.
Heather is passionate about chronic disease care because it gives her the opportunity to see continuity โ to watch her patients' health improve over time and know she played a real role in that journey. What frustrated her most about traditional care was limited access: patients felt like a number, and providers weren't accessible enough for real conversations. At Gojji, she found a place that creates space for meaningful relationships. 'I treat my patients as if they were my own family members,' she says.
Heather shows her love through food. Cooking is one of her most passionate hobbies because of the memories and conversations that happen over a homemade meal. She takes careful notes on which dishes her family and friends love most, and she's slowly building a personal recipe book filled with those stories. She carries that same philosophy into pharmacy โ connecting a story or memory to each patient helps her feel genuinely close to them.
Training & Credentials
Your Care with Heather
Your first session with Dr. is a dedicated, unhurried conversation โ not a quick check-in. Together you'll review your complete medication list, your lab results, your daily readings, and any concerns you haven't had time to address with your provider.
This is time reserved specifically for you. Nothing is too small or too basic to bring up.
Most patients don't realize that a Gojji pharmacist can assess and review your labs, medications, and self-monitoring data โ your blood sugar readings, blood pressure numbers โ and answer your questions about medication safety, side effects, and dosing. She also communicates directly with your primary care provider to make sure your full picture is understood and your health needs are acted on.
A successful session for Heather is when trust is established and a patient feels comfortable enough to be honest. She takes no one-size-fits-all approach โ some patients are ready to tackle several changes, others need smaller steps, and both are perfectly fine. Most importantly, she wants patients to have a voice in decisions made about their health.
